The Civic Theatre Box Office is located in the Arcade accessed from Main Street. Tickets may be purchased in person or by calling (330) 253-2488.

The Box Office is open until the conclusion of intermission during events. For Saturday, Sunday and holiday performances, the Box Office is open two hours prior to curtain time.

Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster. Outlets are located in Macy’s and select Giant Eagle stores. These outlets are cash only - credit cards are not accepted. There is a service charge per ticket at the outlets.

Refunds
Please check your tickets carefully as all sales are final. Exchanges are not permitted. Refunds are only given if an event is canceled and not replaced and are made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. Performances, dates and times are subject to change.

Handling Fee
Handling charge for ordering tickets over the phone or by mail through The Akron Civic Theatre Box Office will be $2.50 per ticket. Tickets purchased in person at The Akron Civic Theatre Box Office window will not be subject to this handling fee.

Gift Certificates
Akron Civic Theatre Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $10 and are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase. These gift certificates apply to ticket purchases only.
